Oh, I´ve been tagged again by Sandee ... Now I have to tell 7 random things about me - well, I don´t think that I´ve changed a lot since last April, so here´s what I´ve already told you:
I need some chocolate to be creative.
You´ll never meet me without a book in my bag.
I can´t bear listening to music that I hate - I have to leave the room immediately.
I can´t bear watching people chewing chewing-gum.
It´s hard for me to be creative in the morning.
Movies and music often drive me to tears.
Well, and here´s a seventh fact: I´ve never been outside Europe.
As most of my friends don´t like chain letters I don´t forward this - but if you like to think of some unimportant things about yourself, just let me know about them.

Vintage Woodland Journal

These pages are for Patti´s tip-in book themed "Vintage Woodland". They are 7 x 5 1/2 inches. I have sewn together different papers: old bookpages, cardstock painted with copper ground and blue patina solution, and cork. I have stamped on it and added nature themed postage stamps and stamped images. The pages are sewn together as front and back, so it´s no spread with an ongoing story.

Brown Combo

"Brown combo" is this week´s theme for the Wednesday Stamper´s challenge.
I´m not a brown person - after all that brown and orange that I´ve seen in my youth in the 70s, it took many years before I bought brown clothes again ... When it comes to mixed-media art, I prefer other colours, too. But what I really like is combining brown with black and white, copper or gold, and with all kinds of rust and patina. So here´s an example for my favourite colour combo with blue patina on brown paper, painted with copper ground. I´ve added some green and blue accents with pens and crayons.
