Autumn Gold

When I made my digital postcard for this week´s SPA challenge "Autumn Leaves", I had Andy Irvine´s lovely song "Autumn Gold" in my head that starts with these words:

"My mood is clothed in autumn's shades.
My summer sun begins to fade,
Fading away with the waning year,
Changing my tempo now autumn is here."

That´s exactly how I´m feeling these days, and that´s not the only reason why I love this song. Check it out if you can - unfortunately the only version I could find on Youtube is by someone else, but it may give you a hint of what I´m talking about ...

It´s getting colder

Learning to Dance

When I saw the swap theme "Dance", I didn´t think I had enough appropriate stamps and ideas for it. But looking through my stuff for a second time made me decide that I should take the challenge, and I had a fun night yesterday making my swap ATCs.

Back from the Stempelmekka

Some of you asked me to take some photos at the Stempelmekka - as always, I completely forgot about them on Saturday, so if you wonder why there aren´t that many people on my pics, it´s because both were taken on Sunday when less visitors have been there. You can also see that there have been workshops at almost every booth this year which made this stamping convention much more interesting. There have been 37 booths this year, some of them being in Hagen for the first time (like Katzelkraft and Reprint).

I´ve met a lot of old friends and some new acquaintances and traded 33 ATCs. And of course I´ve bought some new stamps and stuff ...

As a frequent visitor of my blog, you may have missed some bird ATCs among my latest uploads - so did I! So here´s a bunch of bird ATCs made for the Stempelmekka.

It´s Mekka Time Again!

You shouldn´t go to the Stempelmekka without a bunch of ATCs for trade, so I tried to fill up my ATC album during the last days ... can´t wait to go to Hagen next weekend!
