Another German Lesson

I´m sorry for being absent here for a week - I had to finish my Christmas presents! Now they´re done and I can concentrate on other things again, so here are my ATCs for a Letter L themed swap. As the words are quite unusual I think I have to translate them: Linientreu means "true to doctrine", Laterne means Lantern or, in this case, street lamp, and Leerstand is a German word for unoccupied buildings.

Wednesday Stampers: Bows

This week´s Wednesday Stampers´ theme is "Bows", and as it´s a stamping challenge I wanted to show you a stamped bow. The bow stamp is by Print-Art, the boy is by Zettiology of course ...

Vintage Nature tip-in pages

These 6 x 6 pages are for Xela´s tip-in book themed "Vintage Nature". I´m glad that they go to a German destination so that I could use Immanuel Kant´s words in the German original; the English translation of the quote from his "Critique of Judgement" is:
"If therefore, the beauty of Nature interests a man immediately, we have reason for attributing to him, at least, a basis for a good moral disposition."

By the Sea

Oh, how I MISS the summer! These two ATCs are for Nellie.

Painting

This week´s theme for the "Dans ma maison il y a ..." challenge is "un peintre", a painter. What a great opportunity to use a rarely used stamp that I have for many years and an art quote stamp that I´ve bought just recently.
