CCC: Perfect Distress

Perfect Distress is this week´s Tim Holtz technique for Linda´s Compendium of Curiosities challenge.
I have used wild honey, broken china, and dusty concord for the background and stamped with aged mahogany and chipped sapphire, then used Perfect Pearls in Rust and Blue Patina - what a pity that the scan doesn´t show the shimmer!

Love the background. I like how the Perfect Distress ended up looking like a sketch.

Terrific tag! I know what you mean about the shimmer not showing, but when it does, it's difficult to see what's under it! Beautiful work.

Beautiful tag! The choice of colours is just perfect - I had problems with the shimmer and I think your scan made a far better job than my camera... Love that swirl to the left.

I love your colors! And even if it's not showing, I can tell what the shimmer must look like!
