Puzzled again ...

I´ve had so much fun with the puzzle pieces ATCs lately that I made three more today. They are up for a trade if anyone is interested.

Soap-bubbles

So far I had only made ATC in the grungy style, but when I saw the image of a man blowing soap-bubbles (thanks to LuAnne for sending it!), I thought it might work for a card. So here´s my second entry for this week´s Wednesday Stampers´ theme Grunge.

Grungy but bright

Grunge is this week´s Wednesday Stampers´ theme. This ATC shows that this style does not necessarily have to be dark but can be colourful and bright.
I´ve made some other grungy ATCs lately which you can see here.
(Got the collage image from LuAnne yesterday, many thanks, LuAnne!)

Seeds

Some packages of seeds with a card made for a swap at Künstlerdecos - a little different from what I normally do ...

Zetti Monday

I never know which colours my Zettis will have when I´m starting some. These three for Sarah (if she´ll like them) maybe got their colours because of the summer-like weather we have in Germany today ...

Cars

This week´s Wednesday Stampers´ theme "Cars/Autos" is a real challenge for a person without a driving licence. But a cautious stamper at least has a few rubber cars in store ...

More Zettis

Of course we´ve stamped some more Zetti ATCs - always addictive.

A little workshop

On Sunday, we´ve had a little sisters workshop trying grungy ATCs. Much fun, many cards.

Dying eggs and backgrounds

We´ve had green and blue eggs this year (as always, LOL), and there was so much colour left after dying the eggs that we used it to dye loads of backgrounds on all sorts of paper. Here are two examples.

Out of the trash

After a few hours of stamping sometimes the sheet of paper you´ve used to cover your table looks so beautiful that it makes a nice background itself. This is how mine came out.

Busy Easter Days

I´ve just returned from my short Easter vacation at my sister´s house. We´ve been busy stamping and making backgrounds, and I´ve finished cards for five swaps and many others you´ll find in my for trade album (see the link in the right sidebar). Just let me know if you like to trade.

I´ve made a series of cards with puzzle pieces on them for a swap, and these are two for my trading folder.

Crow Swap Update

This black friend wants to tell you that the due date for the Crows and Ravens swap is approaching - please have in mind that your ATCs should reach me within the next three weeks!
Time enough to make three ATCs and sign up for this swap of course ...

Envelopes

This week´s Wednesday Stampers´ theme is "Envelopes". Though I´m not someone who sends cards too late, I always want them to be in the mail as soon as possible - so I don´t embellish my envies very often. And some people told me that their embellished envies got lost in the mail more often than plain ones ... but I have received some very beautiful envelopes which I treasure in the same albums as the ATCs or cards sent to me.

Crackling again

Two more crackled ATCs - these are for a swap I host in a German ATC group.

The Letter T

I´ve made three ATCs for a "Letter T" swap today. The last one is my favourite - I love to use words found in newspapers and to put a story around them ...

Coloured

This week the Wednesday Stampers ask for our favourite colouring techniques - here´s mine: I love to combine stamp pads and Polychromos pencils to make backgrounds and to colour my stamped images. The pencils make it possible to draw, write and give shadows, and the combination with stamp pads gives the cards a painted feeling.

Zetti Architecture

An ATC for an architecture swap, using some lovely Zetti stamps.

Crows Swap Update

More ATCs for this swap are ready now - you can see Tini´s swap ATCs in her blog.
It´s not too late to join the Ravens and Crows swap - if you want to, just drop me a line.

Eyes

"Eyes" is this week´s Wednesday Stampers´ theme. I have many eyes stamps but haven´t had time to make a card until today. This one reflects the idea of changing your perspective in a very simple way.

Blue Period?

Today everything seems to turn out blue ...

Crows Swap Update

This black guy announces a little update on the Crows and Ravens Swap on this blog. I have signed up the following participants: Gisele, Mija Marie, Audrey, Barb, Gaby, and Heather. Ute, Christa, and Sanna will maybe join us, and Leau is interested but I don´t know her address yet. (Please send me a mail, you´ll find a link on top of the right sidebar.)
You can see Gisele´s ATCs already in her blog, but rembember that you only have to send three ATCs until May 1st.

Birds & Nests

These ATCs are for a swap themed "Birds & Nests" - just my theme in these days ...

At the Movies

This week´s Wednesday Stampers´ theme is "At the Movies". I love movies but don´t like pics of actors and films, and most of my favourite movies will be quite unknown. But as I have this lovely Charlie Chaplin stamp I decided to show my version of his "City Lights" (Lichter der Großstadt).

Crows and Ravens

I´ve made these five Crows and Ravens ATCs during the last weeks, willing to swap them one day in my blog - so here´s a little swap for all who are interested! Please write a comment or a mail if you want to join. Let´s say you make three Crows and Ravens ATCs due May 1st ...

Something white

What does White mean to me? Definitely a colour I don´t chose for myself because it makes it difficult to recognize me when I´m standing in front of a white wall ... It stands for innocence, freshness, naivety - no, it´s not my colour at all. But it´s this week´s Wednesday Stampers´ theme, and this Lost Coast stamp looks lovely when it´s combined with some white accessories I think.

Faux Postage

I don´t have much time for art this weekend, so here´s a Faux Postage ATC I´ve made yesterday. I´ve used perforated faux postage paper rusted by my friend Ute - thanks Ute for sending it to me!

A last one

My last ATC for the swap. And now to something completely different!?

The irresistible K ...

... is another green and blue story ... just listen to it!

Feeling blue?

Two more ATCs for the Green and Blue swap - spirals and feeling blue.

Green and blue

Two very different ATCs for a Green and Blue swap.
The first was made with the peeling paint technique and layers of printed vellum and a transparency.

Two ATCs for a Couple swap.

Journal "Paris"

My entry in a Stefanie´s Journal about Paris combines two preferences of mine, for gloomy songs and for birds. The French word for sparrow is moineau or piaf, so Edith was the Piaf de Paris.

Springtime coming

Hey, it´s March now - does that mean that springtime is coming?

Two Hostess ATCs

Not much time to be creative last week, but at least I´ve made these two Extra ATCs for Keron, the Hostess of the By the Sea swap.
