Leonardo da Vinci

Have you ever been to Vinci in Tuscany? It´s a lovely village in the hills, and when you´re on top of these hills at the house where Leonardo was born, and enjoy the view over that fabulous landscape, you´ll ask yourself in which way the beauty of that place has formed the genius that was born there. I don´t know. And of course you´ll never forget that "daVinci" (= from Vinci) is not the last name of this artist but just his birth place. Last names hadn´t been "invented" then.
This week´s Wednesday Stamper´s challenge theme is Leonardo. My card features stamps from Ma Vinci, Heindesign, Cherry Pie, Inkastamps, and Stampington. The background paper isn´t striped by the way but a shimmery metallic that my scanner seems to hate - I´m sorry for that.

So interesting Marion!
What you created looks great, lots of neat stamps. Scanners can be a pain sometimes, can't they!

Marion, your stamps are actually fabulous to me! I did go to Vinci years ago and you are so correct. The beauty of the landscape can't be truly described. You have done a great job here in this piece of art to show some of the beauty there.
