As last lotto´s winner, I´ve chosen the new theme for our ARTchix Sisters bi-monthly lotto, and I´ve picked "Party Animals". For my party, birds are the preferred guests of course!
I´ve signed up for a Halloween swap hosted by Denise in Canada. We have to make 3 ATCs using images from Hidden Vintage Studios. Well - you already know that I love Hidden Vintage Studios images, so before I knew it, I had not only 3 but 6 ATCs lying on my desk ... Now: which 3 to send?? Any opinions?
Hi all, here´s just a note that all return envelopes have arrived now after more than three weeks - one has even been missent to Malaysia but found its right way finally! And did I already tell you that the last envelope I´ve been waiting for before swapping them all out finally arrived but took 6 1/2 weeks to get here because it was held up in the customs in Hamburg?
If you haven´t received a thank you note for one of your ATCs, you should have a look at our Pinterest swap board because I´ve noted that two of you left their thank yous there instead of writing personal emails.
Here´s one more thank you from me to all of you for making this swap such a fun one, and I hope I´ll see you all again next year.
Do you sometimes feel like a fish out of water? Well, maybe our whole life is about dealing with that feeling and about trying to look elegant while moving out of our boxes?
I´ve chosen this theme for this week´s SPA challenge, and I hope you´ll like it and will come and play with us!
(P. S.: The text stamps I´ve used are from Red Lead and Viva Las Vegas, the legs from Zettiology of course.)
Marsha aka Tumble Fish Studio has come out with a lovely zetti-style kit called "Youthtopia" today. All images on my two digital samples have been taken from that new kit - and as always, the kit comes with png images as well as printable collage sheets for your cut and paste projects.
I´ve made these wooden beach houses for the current Red Lead swap - hope I´ve caught all the little details with my photos: On the house above, I have used a strip of corrugated cardboard for the was at the bottom of the house. On the house below, the deck chair stand in "sand" made with stickles, and the fish was glazed with Glossy Accents. The image in the bottom left window is a real postage stamp.
