Night Owl

This is a confession - yes, I am a night owl. As a teenager, I made my homework for school around 10 p.m. (thanks to my parents who didn´t care as long as I´ve been good at school), then later I wrote my final thesis at the university mostly between 10 and 12 p.m., and today, I still love to create at night - while I have to get up at 5.30 a. m. during the week ... maybe you can imagine how much I love weekends!

For this week´s Owl themed card for the Sunday Postcard Art challenge I´ve used stamps from Visible Image, Distress Mica Sprays and some embossing powder.

Ja, ja, wenn man abends nicht zur Ruhe kommt ... (bei mir ist es dann eher ein Buch & entspannende Musik auf den Ohren.) Aber deine NACHTEULE ist natürlich KLASSE, wie immer. :-)
Liebe Grüße

This is a beautiful card Marion! I used to be a night owl but now I need a more consistent sleep schedule. It will be interesting to see if I revert back to being a night owl when I retire in a few years!

I was a night owl when I was younger, but I have to sleep a lot or I can't function, so I find myself falling face down by 10:00 pm into the bed, lol! But I am a huge owl fan and remember days of crafting til 2:00 am when my kids were in bed and I was a SAHM and my hubby away with the Army. Now I just craft with coffee in hand first thing. :) Thanks for the inspiration, I love your creations and blog! Hugs, Autumn
